Analysis of information requests and complaints about air traffic
To70 supported a contact centre for local communities by analysing the complaints, the locations of people complaining, linking complaints with aircraft movements and media events, and presenting this information in a valuable manner. Our analysis services were used for annual and quarterly reports, as well as on an ad-hoc basis.
Visuals and animations

Content development for website
To70 developed the content for a new website for the Knowledge & Development Centre based on documents, reports and interviews. Using input from project managers, To70 also updates the website on a regular basis.
